The JSK R nineT CNC Valve Covers were created to reimagine one of the most iconic elements of the BMW boxer engine.
Rather than following the conventional angular appearance typically associated with machined components, the design introduces flowing organic surfaces that complement the character of the engine while maintaining a distinctly mechanical presence. Every curve, transition, and surface was carefully developed to create a balance between engineering and sculpture.
Extended cooling fins add visual depth while increasing surface area for heat dissipation. Integrated replaceable wear pads provide additional protection and allow the covers to maintain their appearance and functionality over years of riding.
Machined from solid aluminum billet, each pair requires approximately 114 hours of machining and finishing time, reflecting the extraordinary level of craftsmanship invested in every set.
